Very nice.
Just rented a standard car while we were having some work done on the family car. 
I wasn't paying that much attention to the weather, but they must have been, because instead of the standard, they gave me a SUV with all wheel drive. The next night and day there were icy snow packed roads. My wife was able to take the kids safely to school and back when most of the schools in the area were closed.

After a long flight and travelling with a family of five, we walked right into Avis and they had our keys and vehicle waiting! We arrived at our destination far earlier than expected because of the efficiency of Avis.

I've never rented a vehicle until this past weekend. I rented from Avis and had an amazing experience. The staff was friendly, inviting and polite. The vehicle was clean, with a full tank of gas and it was extremely reliable. I will look online at Avis first the next time I need a rental.

New Facility is very nice!  My flight was a bit late.  It was supposed to arrive at 12:30am.  Even though the desk agent had to wait for my late arrival, he was very pleasant and greeted me with a smile.  I wasn't expecting as friendly of a reception given my late flight.  At drop off, the agent was just as friendly and helpful.  I always rent from Avis and have never been disappointed.

I rented a Ford Fiesta for business at the Wichita Airport. It was a great little car with amazing mileage. What I appreciated the most was the check in! It was fast, efficient, and complete. The staff was right there when we pulled in. Did not have to go inside at all. Got my receipt on the spot and was off to catch my plane. Great experience!
