We had the absolute worst customer service and rental experience at this location. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle, we got a car that had prior damage on it. When pointed out to the guy working he said he knew already and moved on. Being in a hurry we didn't have time to look around right then. The car itself smelled like stale urine the entire time we had it, and it was worse when the ac was ran. When the car was returned (a day early because of their clerical error shorting us a day) to the key drop at night we thought all was good. The following day we were told everything was fine and to have a great day. Almost a week later we received text messages with pictures of what we can only assume was the same car with minimal bumper damage. We knew there was no way this was our fault and when we attempted to talk to the guy about it he said we did it and would pay. Fast forward a few weeks and we get a letter in the mail stating we had to pay the damages to the car in the total of $750. As well as a second demand of $100 for loss of use. Every time we attempted to call and discuss it with anyone we either couldn't get through or were told to contact a different department. While waiting to hear back from someone with the company, enterprise went ahead and filed a claim with our insurance. Not wanting to deal with the headache of an insurance claim, we paid the amount requested. Thinking the mess was over we moved on. Within a week we received a collections letter for the loss of use that we were sure we paid in the last payment. Again not wanting to deal with a hit to a credit report, it was paid. Now, today, we are getting harassing phone calls from another company on behalf of enterprise. I will never rent from this company. I will never recommend them and continue to go out of my way to make sure to tell people often of the mess they caused. Seriously people, go somewhere else. Budget Rentals has been fantastic every time we have worked with them.

The managers & employees here are all very professional and extremely helpful.  A great experience renting from them, & will do so again without question.  I'd have given them 10 stars if I could have!

Got there and they had to rent me a different car than the one I had requested. It was a nice car except the speakers didn't work in the back of the car and the plugs for the electronic chargers didn't work, and we drove over 2000 miles like that with kids. So that was pretty frustrating. I mentioned it at my return. The attendant said okay thanks for letting us know. I feel like everything should work flawlessly when you are renting a car. At a $100 bucks a day why shouldn't it have?
