No star if I can. I asked for the total amount for three days. It was an outrageous rate but I took it since I walked in without a reservation. Turned out the total they gave me was for two days. My bill ended up way more. The two agents I worked with were less than helpful. When I called corporate they can't even find my rental agreement. They said the location is a licensee. Hence no support. If you're coming to Wichita, make a reservation and do not choose Budget.

If you're going to rent from them be sure you do a thorough walk around of the vehicle before you sign off so you can't be hit up for old damages upon vehicle return.

Its Christmas eve. I went to pick up the van i reserved 3 weeks ago and the rude lady at the counter Who, was not only rude to me, but the people in front of me, informs me she can't rent to me because i do not have a major credit card and to go away. Never again will i try to rent from you. Christmas is ruined thanks budget.

Be warned.  The Budget ICT desk is looking to repair cars.  I returned last week, not a single issue with the car AND no mention of any issues to the gentleman I returned the car to.  Then I receive an email that I owe $668 for damages.  Front left bumper, left door, rear left quarter panel and rear lamp.  How could I do all of this?   I have written Corporate and will consider other legal actions if they do not respond.
