Customer service was great! I was originally booked further west but this place was a lot closer to home. They honored my reservation at the other place. We decided to use a debit card and our own insurance and had no problems at all. The $200 deposit was refunded the very next day after the car was returned. Do note that the office isn't open on Sundays but they do have a drop box for keys to return the car early. I received an email the next morning with my final receipt. We will definitely use Enterprise again!

I'll give only 2 stars just because I like Enterprise. The insurance is who gave me FREE car rental for 6 days so Enterprise got me a Nissan  pickup truck. Then Enterprise ended up charging me in the end..... I'd suggest going to a different Experience then the one on 21st and Tyler..

They scammed me... There was dammage to the car at the airport... Supposedly not enough to worry about but when I returned it to this location they charged me for it... I work for a trucking company and I was renting a car every 2 weeks...  Thanks to Enterprise rent-a-car scamming me for extra I've decided to go ahead and just buy my own car... I preach to people now about why they should never rent cars... Plus my whole company is going to scratch using Enterprise. There buying a car for us so we don't have to rent anymore... If you can get by without a rental car I highly suggest it. By the way the cameras at the airport apparently do not work for the customers
