I had an excellent experience with the staff here.  This is an excellent object lesson.  People are very rude to this man who works here.  People in general are very entitled and make a big deal about everything.  These types of people are put off by having to wait in line, are often late to their own appointments and judge others when they have no foot to stand on.  There are a lot of nice people out there but I think it falls on us to call these people out who can't be bothered to even appreciate a service given to them or anything at all really. I don't know who hurt you but you need to lighten up 1 star people.

Hello Everyone,

Please be aware that in AVIS Morgantown I have had bitter experience with couple of employee(especially Manager in-charge and other aged employee) where they never cared about customer experience and more focus on seeing the benefit of the company.

I am taking car here since July'2015 and most of the time I have been charged with incorrect expenses. Today is one of the scenario where I filled the tank to FULL while returning the car and marked the same in the AVIS card with return mileage, Date,Time and marked the Fuel is not purchased. However we have been charged for FULL tank charges.(AND I HAVE PROOF FOR THIS)

This is not the first time and it happened more than twice; I have brought this to customer service notice and they asked us to get in touch with the Morgantown AVIS team and they never responded phone call. I am not complaining the company AVIS but AVIS- Morgantown sucks big time because of these issue. I guess the branch manager should focus on all these reviews and take necessary action. On this same branch there is a another employee called Taylor who is more professional and listen to what customer says and act appropriate; we need employee like him not like others.

WORST SERVICE - Avis Morgantown.

A rental company run by the RUDEST Manager ....PERIOD, who has no regards and respects for the customer. Totally incapable of communicating decently to a customer and shouts at you without even listening to what u are talking about. When her name was asked so that the incident can be reported to  corporate...she said "Oh yeah! Here it is...." , which shows her lack of respect for their own organsational structure. Such a shame on a system who cannot regulate the behavior of there own people....

It was the first time I rented from there and will be the LAST TIME !
