Both Sabrina and Beth provided excellent customer service by making rental procedure go through like a breeze.  I highly recommend anyone who needs to rent a car in the Clarksburg-Bridgeport area to call the Emily Drive Enterprise office first.  You will be glad that you did!  Good luck to both of them in their careers!

I work for the department of Homeland Security with FEMA.. I travel all over the continental U.S. for my work.. I live in Paden City, WV.. And i travel one way an hour and a half to get to the Enterprise in Clarksburg,, WV.. , This is by far the best ENTERPRISE in the nation !! No other Enterprise across the United States will go as far as these folks to help you. I rent cars for months at a time. The group at Enterprise in Clarksburg,, WV. is supervised by a lady named Beth Divita.Umina.  She is on top of the game,, and knows a Govt. contract  inside and out ... As long as i am close,, this will always be my rental car place.. :)

I was dissatisfied this time. Although reserving a car online is supposed to take some of the hassle away once you get to the place, it didn't. Not only did I have over 2 hrs to wait, I had to verify my income, they had to phone my car insurance company to verify my insurance and customers that came well after I was there waiting for my car to be cleaned, we're bumped up ahead of me. Renting a car should be easier especially if your information is already in the system.

Long story short I asked for a smaller AWD for $75 but upon arrival to pick up the vehicle was advised that they didn't have the size on the website that I requested and I'd have to pay $107.  It was for a funeral in a snow storm.  I had a good experience a month ago at the Fairmont, WV location.  I will not recommend the Clarksburg, WV location.  I generally have dealt with Hertz and will likely go back to them.

I've rented from here twice so far. For small vacation trips. While I had issues at first with my rental being available on time Or there being an issue with said rental. They were kind and caring about my wait and any inconvenience it brought onto my trip. They were quick and willing to offer compensation to make it easier to handle. I plan to rent from them more when I have trips in the future. They are kind. Caring and helpful.
