First time customer here, was picked up on the edge of town in timely manner. Outstanding customer service, and worked directly with insurance company to accommodate a vehicle that fit my needs while mine was being repaired. 10/10 would recommend Enterprise on the Mileground, and if I ever need a rental in town again, I know who I’m giving my business to!

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Mileground Rd, Morgantown WV) office got new management and staff in summer 2017. Since then this is the best rental car office I have ever seen. They are polite, flexible, fast service, etc. and I can leave my car in the parking lot during whole rental period. Definitely five star!

Good service and I rent from them very often. Often the office personnel are bogged down with formalities and seems to have no flexibility. This time, I had to come back to the dealership from a weekend special to extend for another day and wasted 2-3 hours, full tank gas, and had the change the car (even though I reserved the same class car). My guess is that Enterprise is not making it easy to do common sense business even with loyal customers.

Horrible service. Made a reservation and they didn’t have a car for me when I got there. They also refused to rent a better vehicle to me without a credit card (I had a debit card) even though the mistake was on their end. I am very disappointed.

I reserved an intermediate car but when I got there they told me that they do not have any such or lower class vehicles at that time and I needed to rent an SUV instead because those are the only ones they had (I doubt it). The price difference was too high and I did not accept it, then surprisingly they later found me a Hyundai Elantra, which was returned recently. The expiration date of the inspection stickers on the car was 6 months behind and when I checked the license plate its registration was also past due by 6 months. The car had brake and extreme fogging (of the window shield) problems and when I turned on the heat to max setting to de-fog the windows, it lost its braking power when I was waiting at a stoplight downhill. I am glad I did not have any accidents or stopped by police for the expired registration etc. and probably this will be my last time renting from this Enterprise location.
