I had to wait a long time to get my car even though the reservation was set over a month in advance. The car they gave me had a broken tail light- fortunately I didn't get pulled over. They're the only game in town though. If you're heading east, I'd recommend using the Enterprise in Cumberland. They seem to have a better fleet and better service.

Nice car, people were friendly, pick-up and drop-off were easy.  Only problem was a box of stuff had been left in the trunk, apparently from previous renters, which was a bit of a hassle.

Was totally dismissed when we went in to pick up a car. I understand being busy but the guy Josh was completely rude to my husband and I. He did not want to help us in anyway or did not want to recommend us to someone who could. So we ended up calling the Morgantown enterprise. All the props to the one in Morgantown they went out their way to help us find a car after our nonfault accident.

The Enterprise in oakland, MD quoted us a price (which included insurance coverage) of $67/10 days for a full size vehicle and $80/10 days while our car was in the shop.  We opted for the truck more than a week in advance.  Show up to pick up the truck and get an economy sized car for 5 days for the price of a full size 10 day quote.  This is not cool.  Could have made plans at another rental place if customer service/sales people would have been honest.  Do not recommend this place at all.  Biggest problem is, no other rental places close by.  Should have went to Uniontown, pa to begin with.

Quick check in and after leaving a CD in the cars player a week later I was still able to retrieve it.
