Submitted laptop for repair for water damage.
No follow-up, no communication whatsoever. Had
to constantly try to chase down, and finally gave
up, and decided to replace with a new unit. 
An absolute NOT RECOMMEND......I also believe
the positives below may be shill reviews - very suspect 
how they were all added the same day....
