It's very rare that I feel the need to have to write a review after I visit a store, but after the experience I had at this location, I would like all the locals to know that this is the best place to go if you're looking for a great deal, sales experience and a welcoming environment. From the moment I was greeted by john t, I felt extremely welcomed and he made sure that if I had any questions to not hesitate and ask him. I continued to browse for a tablet and I couldn't seem to find the one I was looking for, and I began to grow frustrated and I believe john was able to see that I was in need of assistance, he came over and I explained my situation and my financial allowance to him, and when I tell you within minutes, he was able to direct me towards the best purchase I've made in a store like this, I mean minutes. Not only was he able to explain everything I needed to know about the tablet, but he also had an answer about every question I had! John T is truly passionate about what he does, as well knows what he is talking about. Thank you john for helping me choose my sisters birthday gift, and thank you for the pain free and informative customer service. John was able to clarify every and any concern I had regarding my purchase and to say the least, I was ecstatic to make this purchase with the deal he was able to give me!

We had a great experience at this PC Richard, where Andy helped us buy a new washer and dryer. It was really enjoyable chatting with Andy, and he knew his stuff when it came to the products. Couldn't be more helpful! We like coming to this store and have bought other appliances here in the past with no issues and great assistance.

I have to give Johnathan T 5 stars for his in incredible service. I had many questions on which tablet I should obtain for a new position I accepted. I let Johnathan know what I would be requiring and the tech allowance my company allowed. Johnathan took the time to answer all my questions and showed me various models within my price range that will do the requirements.  As well as each additional benefit they offered. Top notch customer service. This was a true sales professional. Will definitely be back.

This PC Richard's has become my favorite one and I've been to several. I was greeted by the store manager, Justin as soon as I walked into the store. Justin was so helpful with every question and concern I had. He explained things in detail and didnt rush me out. I've adopted him and this location as my go-to-appliance store for every appliance purchase going forward (hope you guys dont mind!) I HIGHLY recommend stopping in and definitely ask for Justin to assist you. Thanks again!!!!!!
