If I could give ZERO stars I would! This place is a nightmare to deal with. Atrocious customer service from the woman today who could not seem to answer my questions about my account, nor was she willing to assist me or explain why she could not! Very very rude! I eventually had enough of being accused of lying and asked to close my account, and she could not even confirm that my account was closed. She kept showing me a "zero balance" which does not mean anything. DO NOT BANK HERE! I am going back to Chase where they are always friendly and willing to explain things if you do not understand them!!!

I'm omw now to take my money out. I'm closing my account with this bank this week. I received NO notification about a hold being placed on my card and I could not get through to their customer care line for TWO days to resolve my problem. This bank is GARBAGE!!!
