Every time I go to this bank there’s an issue/takes forever. First of all, what bank closes at 4 pm on a weekday? Stupid! I only use this bank to deposit rent into my landlord’s account, as he lives in another state. It blows my mind that anyone would choose to use BOA. How about the time I went to the drive-thru teller, asked for a deposit slip, had to return the carrier asking for a pen (couldn’t find mine), and she literally sent me a MAGIC MARKER. Hire quicker, more efficient, and friendlier employees. Maybe your rating will improve.

Went through the drive through window once because I needed to withdraw some cash. I usually go to the drive up atm but it seemed to be undergoing some kind of maintenance. When I drive up to the window the teller asks if I know I could use the atm and that it's faster. However it's not what she said because I would've thanked her and explained something that I felt she should already know anyway, it's the way she said it with an attitude as if she was annoyed or didn't want to do it. There was nobody even in line when I got there. She even went as far as to try to talk me out of it by making it sound like a chore that I had to fill out a withdrawal slip. Excuse me for having to make you do your job lady, believe me I wouldn't have gone to the drive up window if I didn't have to, it's a slower process anyway!

Im here as I type this and have been waiting for 1.5hrs for a simple replacement card. The line is backed up till the door and there still is only 1 teller working. Worse management ever seen.

Long lines inside and at the drive through. Hard for them to understand English at times

They don't know how to pick up the phone . Some of the people that work there don't know how to do their job, and when told to correct it and are e-mailed from another specialist they don't fix what they did ! If I could give negative stars I would . This branch alone makes me want to stop banking with them all together .
