Had to wait in the sitting area to see a banker  because I didn't want to have to give a autobiography of who I was because I left my atm card at hone and i.had my i.d and social security card and with  all that I was still treated as if I was not telling the truth. Had to tell a lot of personal business to the young lady who handled the transaction and then she couldn't  find it within herself to say thank you she acted like I shouldn't even be able to receive ten dollars I from my own account.

Michelle helped me the other day and she was amazing! She went above and beyond to help me succeed and found out my exact financial needs and even walked me through the steps! Good to have someone like her around!

Worse customer services ever ,one teller tell you one thing and another teller tell you something completely different, they tell you that your deposit(a check)have to be on hold for several days (and is a deposit from a big well know pharmacy) you ask why and they say they don't know that the system place the hold  and when you told them that you are a teller that you know how banks work they change and said is the bank policy ok with one it is....I went to the ATM deposit the check and the funds were available immediately 🤔....

The people in here are always very helpful. They assist me with what I need and I get out. Quick and painless, just like it should be!

Lied about their hours.
Online it says that they closed at 2PM for New Year's Eve. I show up at 1:48 and the doors are already closed and locked up. Even the drive thru areas was closed as I pulled up.
