The staff was excellent. I was greeted when I walked in the door. Smiles on their faces and felt very welcomed. The teller line was quick and very helpful with my teller needs.

I received excellent customer service and communication from both the teller staff and banking staff, particularly Julie Faiella. The branch is well kept and cash banking was handled quickly and effectively.

I own a business and we do a lot of deposits and get a lot of paperwork notarized. They are extremely under staffed and unprofessional. It has been this way for years. I used to deal with the Oviedo branch untill we moved, which I have never had any of these issues. Please will upper management step in and fix this branch!
