The reviews here speak for this branch in every way. I made a apt online 3 days in advance to come and get something notarized and was on time to be told that the notary was not available as she had to step out and so could I come back at another time. Did not receive any notice via text which I requested to say this was the case so saving me the trip and no apology was given. Will not use this branch again.

Horrible branch. The woman working the customer-service desk is incredibly curt and rude. I went in to get a few things notarized, things I'd had done at another branch previously. She flatly stated that they don't do that, which is untrue. So I went to another branch and had it done promptly. She obviously just didn't want to be bothered. I have dealt with her on a few other occasionnes and she seems generally rude and incompetent.

Agreed with most reviewers. Poor service. I only have to go there a couple of times a year but I have experienced poor service those times too. that's so sad, such a conveniently location for many people.

Not good because on Fridays the hours are from 9 am to 6 pm and they wind it up at 5

This place is full of liars & as a Business owner the screwed me up with lieing to me about the Merchant Services account. They told me there would be no monthly fee for merchant services but just transaction fee & percentage amount, but when i see my statement they started charging me for monthly fee from very first day & they keep sending me to different people to resolve my problem. I didnt even use the merchant services once & canceled it. Never banking with Bank of America ever again.
