Clean rooms, great staff, yummy (free! Hot!) breakfast. Used the waffle maker every day and loved the yogurt bar. Housekeeping was really great, and seemed to go the extra mile with details. Room was nice and new. Some weird and questionable characters in parking lot at night but security was tight & key cards required to enter after a certain hour. Staff is doing their best! Lucky (spelling?) at the front desk was my fave! Also, this is not on the beach! It's on the 405. Check a map before you book. This place is perfect for a restful and clean place to sleep and have breakfast but isn't a beach/resort type of property (although the hot tub was delightful!).

Place was very clean and neat. Staff was very helpful. The accommodation was excellent. Great food and service at the restaurant. Will definitely recommend and return.

The hotel was very nice. There was a pool and basketball court. The happy hour had a wide selection of food, beer, and wine. The breakfast was okay, just your typical hotel breakfast. The gym was nice too. You are near a highway so if noise bothers you make sure to stay on the side of the hotel that faces away. Friendly staff and the room was really comfortable. Recently updated too.

Everything was great. The staff, the room, the hotel itself. Only problem I found was with the sofa bed. When I opened the bed out of the sofa, I found the mattress sheet had little bits of trash all over it with a Twix rapper in the crack of the bed. Not sure how long it was all there, but I closed it back up and chose to reassemble and sleep on the sofa. I had no choice! :-(

Came here straight after my 3 night stay at the Hilton Homewood Suites in Irvine so I could be closer to the airport for the final 2 days on my trip. Clean hotel, good amenities, spacious suite and very tidy overall. Bad points: Staff are very friendly however seem to make too many rookie mistakes. I stayed 2 nights, received no housekeeping, had to ask front desk for towels since ours weren't replenished - Never got those towels. Lady at the front desk asked me to sign for another guests mail. I asked the desk to hang onto my luggage for a few hours after check out until it was time for my flight. We gave them a total of 7 bags however they only came up with 4, had to remind them to check again twice before I got all my bags back. $12 a night for parking, spaces very limited.
