Have had my vehicles service at B and B for many years and always very satisfied. My vehicles are an essential tool for my business and need to be out on the road 5 days a week every week. Scott and his crew always make sure I have little or no down time, and have been very fair and accommodating.

      Recently I had a problem with my 2004 Jaguar X-Type. The cruise control stopped working, and two warning lights displayed on the dashboard. When I searched for Jaguar repair businesses in Minnesota, I saw several in the Twin Cities, but there was one, B&B Tire and Auto Repair in Winsted. It was a lot closer to where I live. I called and made an appointment, and after arriving at their shop, they had the Jaguar problem detected, and totally repaired in a short amount of time...and at a minimal cost. They detected a problem with a broken wire on the speed sensor on my right-front tire. They repaired the broken wire, reset all of the warning lights, and the vehicle was totally repaired. Amy, at their front desk is a walking "Car Repair Genius." I will go back to them, confidently, if I ever have any more problems with my Jaguar, and I will post my confidence in B&B Tire & Auto Repair on all Jaguar Club websites.

Once again, OUTSTANDING. Excellent customer service and job completed quickly,(faster than I expected), and could not tell anyone had been in my truck even though the wheather was sloppy and nasty. Thank you again for a job well done.

Scott (B&B Tire & Auto Repair) has been the mechanic my wife and I trust for years now.  He's alway honest and up-front about repairs and potential problems, but is never pushy.  He's always gone the extra mile for us, and we have complete confidence in him and the services he provides.  They say an honest mechanic can be hard to find.  Well, we found one, and we're sticking with him!
