This is the best auto service company that I have had service my cars over the years. I have now been using their services for over 8 years and tell family and friends the great service they will receive, honest service recommendations and the level of serve they will receive at an affordable price.  In  my opinion they are the best!

I brought my car in when I had a flat tire.  Unfortunately, the tire could not be repaired, but instead of telling me I needed to buy new tires, they had a used one from the same model vehicle as I had and offered to sell it to me.  It saved me a lot of money, as I was not yet ready to buy new tires.  Also when I had my car in for an oil change, they saw I had a white rear light out, and automatically replaced it, charging only for the light bulb.  There was no charge for the labor.  I definitely recommend them!

I have been going to Hopkins Tire & Auto Service since 1999.  They have always been wonderful mechanics.  I have lived in different areas of the twin cities and I have always gone to them for all the cars I have owned.  They have always been friendly and courteous and willing to answer any questions I have.

My cars and I have been long-time customers because of the customer service provided by this stellar team.  I work with Lisa, Jamie and Gary, primarily. They have always provided me with honest feedback on what needs to be done and what can wait.  They diagnose, estimate the work and COMMUNICATE that important information, so I can work with my budget.  You will not go wrong having your car fixed here!
