Wow. My car has never looked better! I had a Groupon for this place that I bought by accident that I redeemed yesterday. I had never been before. Great service with a smile. I thought I was done after the air dry but then there were guys with buckets beckoning me with towels ..my tires and car got polished and I thought, pretty neat. But when I made my next pit stop and saw my car..wow! It looks really shiny and newer. Really I have never seen my old car look so new. Thank you!

After getting a response from the owner, I had my car washed again. After getting it rewashed, we realized that the dirty spots that were on my car were some sort of tree sap that dried onto the paint and would not come off in the normal wash.

The owner could've said that there was nothing more he could do, but instead he took out cleaning wax and a buffer and proceeded to buff the dirty spots out of my car himself! 

He went above and beyond what was paid for just to make sure that my car was clean as promised. 

The service here is impeccable, and I would recommend anyone I know in the area to get their car washed here.

ORIGINAL REVIEW: Before coming to this car wash I checked all of the reviews for the car washes around my house and around my office to see which I should take my car to. After seeing the reviews of this place compared to every other I decided it would be best to bring my car here.

The service was great, I made sure to tip the guy towel drying my car as the other reviews said to do. I thought I was extremely happy with the wash until I got home and got out of my car and looked at it.

My car was still pretty dirty in spots and I was surprised by this. While I brought it in somewhat dirty, it wasn't like I had gone off-roading in my car at all and I don't think it happened on my drive home from the wash either. 

I was honestly surprised to see this after reading all of the good reviews for this car wash. This is even the first time I am ever writing a review because I feel as if the other reviews deceived me.

I have been coming here for a couple years now and it is my go to in Columbia. Car wash and tire shine is always nice. You should check Groupon because they periodically have deals for this location, AND you can buy them one a month.

since I have been taking my car to Columbia auto and care and wash I will not go anywhere else. great job always with my car. The owners are awesome and the employees are great. you become like family and will go over and beyond for you.

I had my  ar worked on at Columbia Auto care  during the fall of 2017 and was very impressed with the people I came in contact with and the service I received.I would definitely consider using them again.
