The only reason I gave 2 stars is because you don't need any credit to get an account at this place. The negative side... Employees don't tell the truth nor want to do their job. The furniture is made extremely poor and costs more than its worth! If credit is good, go elsewhere! Don't say I didn't warn you!

I was greeted when I came into the place... Badcock has a variety of furniture items. I would recommend having more mattress options however. I would recommend the place to anyone purchasing furniture...

Purchased furniture and insurance on credit. Delivery was good even though the table was scratched up the fixed 2x. But now we've put 3 requests in for repair because we pay extra for insurance and no one has called us back. Its been over a month. I'm updating my review they finally sent someone afer my review. The person came ou to look at the matress that is defective. Upon arrival he made a statement that he found the paper work in his truck. What a joke...We had been waiting for apr.3 months for them. The Rolondo(I think that's his name) calls me to tell me that the matress has only a half inch defect and it needs to be a full inch to be changed out. I figured as much! lol I proceeded to ask him waht happened to the call I put in for the bedroom drawer 2x. He stated there was no service call. I informed him I went in and made a payment and placed it. My boyfriend called and placed one. Hey maybe they will find the paper lying around somewhere. Needless to say he informed me someone would call me today Thursday and give me a window time that they would be out. No phone call,but my boyfriend ran home to eat and they were there. Maybe the number to call me is with thes erivice calls I placed. Get it together people...Someone keeps dropping the ball and it's affecting your consumers.

Employees there act like everything you ask is a chore. Customers have to work around their schedule as far as deliveries, and inspection of damaged furniture under warranty. The manager set up an appointment for me recently, and the rest of staff could not find where the appointment was set. I will not be making purchases there anymore. They have lost my business for good. Jerry and the store manager were somewhat helpful. So long.... Long time customer Jason S.
