If I could give this business more stars than 5, I would definitely would. But I will let people now that I will not take my laptop to any other business to be repaired, cleaned or even for simple maintenance. Now, being that I am a writer, my laptop is an extension of me. Ms. Shelby and Mr. Al understood that and I felt like they were taking care of my family. 
I would recommend EVERYONE in FL and visiting the area to go to The Computer Hut if your having technical issues. God bless

Al & Shelby have provided my family, my personal businesses and a couple of local private schools with superior quality of service and rather quick turn-around time for all of the repairs they have assisted us with over the past 10 years.   This is a family owned and operated business that deserves local support.  Their pricing is very reasonable and affordable... if you have ever used tech support from any of the national company like Geek Squad...you will quickly see how much money and time you will save by bringing your computer problems to Computer Hut.  I can't say enough kind words about this business.   Thank you for all you have done for us.

Customers beware!!!!!!! The only reason i have checked one star is to beable to post this review. This business doesn't even deserve this star. If you dare try this local business you will be guarenteed to receive  the worst customer service that you have ever received. The store reakes of drugs at any given time. One of the stores owners - Shelby acts high and lost in her own store. I experienced her cursing left and right over a customers phone that she couldn't find that was sitting right in front of her on more than one occasion. I also witnessed several customers coming in the front door and being made to wait while their particular job order was unprofessionally completed upon their arrival. These were work orders that were supposed to be finished when the customer arrived to pick up their order. Instead they were made to wait while a very unprofessional, unorganized high store owner struggled to complete the customers request. Please double check your personal belongings. Because it doesnt matter if its your cell phone or your computer if you dropped it off for a particular problem you will pick it up with the same problem not fixed and many more problems it never had before. Devices are stolen from and not returned to their owner with all of the same parts. The store is a hoarders dream, no one can find anything. And the yes were open sign should say if we feel like  unlocking the door we might let you in. The suggested store hours are just that suggested never followed. 

All lies that is the only angle the worst business owner in brandon ---- SHELBY can take since the better business Bureau doesn't lie. And just because she decides to break the law herself that doesn't mean all policemen who may or may not be her friend will lie as well. A simple piss test will back up everything I complained about.

The Computer Hut's owner, Al Rodriguez had open back surgery in September, 2014 that did not go well. The business has been in the community for 10 years. I went by the same week as Carlos Colon and there was a hand written letter on the door explaining what happened.  The letter also included the personal cell phone number of Al's wife (Shelby) and it clearly stated, "if you have any questions about hours of operation or to arrange pick up etc... PLEASE CALL." I called and she came and checked my laptop in, later Ryan called with my diagnostic & when my computer was repaired Shelby called me and made arrangement to bring my computer to me! That's CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have done business here for close to 9 years and have never had a problem. It's a shame that people recklessly post reviews without any consideration. Although not recovered enough to be at work, when I went to the shop yesterday, Al & his wife were there WORKING!

He has always been fair & honest.  As a community, we should support our small businesses. Thank you Al & Shelby & The Computer Hut for always being helpful! God Bless you both & Al, I hope you are better soon!
