Very knowledgeable staff. We trust on them for every technical issue in our business. If there is a new software they don't know about it , they would learn it and resolve our problems. Very happy with the service since 2007.

My 5 year old computer has never worked better! We are so pleased. We took our computer to BBM after another company tried to fix it but made matters worse. BBM fixed the problem in a very professional manner and cost much less! Only wish we had gone there first! It is so nice to know we have a reliable and honest computer repair company in Brandon!

Initially, I was introduced to Brandon Business Machines because the church had a Kyocera. We have upgraded the copier since the initial purchase and every step of the way their service representative, Wayne was amazing. We seemed to have some unusual challenges but Wayne would not give up - would research, all other techs until the problem was solved. The copier is great - scan, 2-side, color, staple, 3-hole punch, run 11x17, etc., and without Wayne, my learning curve would have been much more difficult. Keep this man BBM - he is amazing!!! Just when I thought BBM could not get any better, I had computer problems and was very frustrated. I found out BBM has a computer and networking staff who are excellent. Recently we did a big install to improve our networking capability and again, another amazing man was found. Robert is very skilled at analyzing what the problem or as in the case of our networking, was truly wonderful. Robert never tired of our questions or confusion - many times being our provider problem. He would help us work it out. The capability that he and I can work remotely or on site is so helpful. Last but not least are Bruce in scheduling and Connie in Accounting. They are always helpful if you need some assistance. Many companies are only known by the people who work for them and in this case, Brandon Business Machines gets 5 stars.

We have used these guys for service on IT and printer/copier and they are wonderful.

I have been a customer of this company for last 4-8 yrs whenever i go there the technicians are very professional & panctual .They find the problem in your computer very quick & fix it very same day, For any reason if they cannot fix it they will tell you right there in front office.
