Baileys is my go to place for jewelry and gifts. Even during the holiday rush customer service was impeccable! The staff is polite and friendly and gave me just as much attention over a small purchase as they do a big one. Did I mention the prices are the best in town? & a huge shout out to the top quality repair I recently had done on my wedding set! The repair was affordable, done quickly, and absolutely perfect!

This is one amazing Jeweler. Not only is there merchandise flawless, but it matches their customer service. Not only did I buy my wedding bands here, but I also bought my wife's engagement ring. Over the last 2 years we have had a few things done. Garrett always gives our jewlery outstanding personal attention. Mrs Joyce has seen to our every need since day one as well. Great people. Always a great experience too

My wife and I have been married for ten years and hence ten Christmas’. I wanted to get her something extra special this Christmas. Knowing that Bailey’s has a great selection of jewelry I chose to go there. I have known John from the Greenville store for sometime now and went to him. He worked with me to pick the perfect ring for my wonderful wife. He and Clyde Bailey worked with me to surprise and please my wife. They worked with me as well to obtain a gorgeous ring at a fair price. In my mind it was a win win win!!!

Love having this place in Greenville! The staff members are always helpful and pleasant! They are not pushy. They are efficient at getting you checked out once you decide what you want. Love that I can drop off several pieces of jewelry to be shined and have them back quickly. The chocolate chip cookies they usually offer are delicious!

The young lady who helped me in the Pandora department was very helpful. I had questions about my 2 bracelets and their fit. She was most friendly and accommodating. The other personnel in the store are very polite and make me feel welcome. I enjoyed my visit today.
