Wade really helped me out with finding a piece that fit all her needs. They were also exceptionally accommodating when I had to make an alteration with a different purchase. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their business and most certainly will be keeping in touch with Bradley’s Jewelers in the future. Wherever I may be, they’ll be the first I come to from now on. In addition, the staff are all very friendly, personable, patient, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to teach a young guy on the different types of styles for each piece. The selection is diverse, and will fit a variety of tastes as well. They also aren’t pushy and will work with you depending on your budget. Don’t pass them up.

Bradley's Jewelers was nothing short of incredible. They showed amazing compassion and gave an excellent price for my fiancè's incredible ring. I couldn't have been happier. Wade and Bradley were incredibly nice and professional. I'll never go anywhere else again. On top of all of this, while we were vacationing we had her engagement ring sized since it was moving a bit much. We took it to Jared's since we thought they were reputable. BIG mistake. After they butchered her ring, we took it back to Brad hoping for a miracle, once again they delivered! We couldn't be happier! Clearly the only choice in Jewelry is Bradley's and he has definitely gained me as a customer for life.

My fiancée purchased a beautiful ring from Bradley’s and proposed not too long ago! ☺️💍 The staff is very accommodating and attentive to what you are looking for. They even helped us out by staying late to pick up our ring since we live an hour away! They are an extremely trustworthy business to purchase your jewelry with and I would recommend them every time.

I took a watch in to Bradley's recently that was not keeping time. The staff was extremely kind and willing to help me in anyway. My watch was repaired on the spot and the price was very affordable. Thanks so much to Brad and his team.

My five star rating revolves around Bradley's commitment to his business and the customer.

I've shopped at the corporate chains in town and abroad and clearly notice distinctions in quality of service, commitment, and quality of product.

The lack of knowledge and care displayed by employees across the street at the Jacksonville mall is unforgiving.

Immediately after entering Bradley's, I was greeted by Bradley (the owner), whom displayed great knowledge of the products he sells, patience, creativity in pairing the setting and stone, and eagerness and willingness to order pieces the customer may want or he believes the customer may be interested in.  It was the engagement ring and wedding band combination Bradley first showed me that I chose, not because I'm impulsive but because it was the best.

Bradley was kind in letting me observe the stones I was interested in under the microscope and providing supporting documentation showing the specifications.  These were both aspects of the process I was keen on and it was obvious he understood.

Bradley earned my respect and trust from what has already been detailed but more so because of how he handled a particular occurrence.  

The details of the occurrence don't really matter I suppose. What matters is that if I had purchased the ring from Kay's, Zales, or Reeds, I almost certainly would have been told file a claim with my insurance despite not being at fault for the damage.  Bradley showed compassion, something rarely found outside small businesses.  Barely having the engagement ring for a couple weeks, I feared we would be left with handling repairs out of pocket simply because of the time that elapsed after picking up the ring.  Bradley took time and effort to replace the diamond with one that is of better quality.
