One star is being very generous. A friend and I went into Reeds to take advantage of their sale on Pandora today. We had every intention of purchasing before we even walked in, however after the greeting and customer service we received by the lady at the counter we will not ever be going back. We will be spending our money elsewhere. Hopefully their management will see this and teach their employees to not be such rude individuals.

Thank you Mrs. Tamara for all your help you have been soo good to us since we have been customers with you guys for a little over a year now i will not go to anybody else but her she is always for the CUSTOMER and helps them the best she can to the highest level of customer service!!!! I WOULD Highly recommend her to anybody :)
