Story

Come be pampered at either our primary Exton or new West Chester locations. Education is a part of our culture, and our guests are provided with little extras at every turn, like free Wifi, organic beverages, and plastic sleeves to shield eyeglasses during color sessions. I was referred to Balance Hair by my daughter who sees Monica for her hair needs.  I used the online scheduling option and was able to make an appointment on the day I requested.  I was scheduled with Hope and had the best hair cut of my life!   I look forward to seeing Hope whenever I am in the need of a trim or even a new look!  Thanks Hope and Balance hair!

This is absolutely the best salon I've ever patronized. Hope is an amazing hairdresser! Every cut and every color she's done for me demonstrate her unusual artistry. I have difficult hair to work with (coarse, curly, frizzy), but Hope gives me cuts that work with my hair type, consider my facial features, and are simple to maintain at home. Best of all, she genuinely listens & responds to all my requests. Some things that set Balance Hair Spa apart from other salons: The quality of services is consistently outstanding, every single time. That can't be said of any other salon I've gone to. In a profession typically characterized by individual egos & aloof staff, the warm camaraderie amongst Balance's staff stands out as highly unique. Countless times I've observed staff cheerfully and willingly helping one another out.Their genuine warmth & care spill over to patrons. The friendly, welcoming spirit & accommodating scheduling from the reception staff make it a pleasure to walk through the salon doors, every single time. Perhaps most unusual has been the owner, Bif''s, willingness to donate generous gift certificates to annual non-profit events in our community. I love everything about this salon from Amber at the reception area to Thomas, the owner. Hope is my DEVA stylist and she does a terrific job on my difficult hair. I have also used Jess, who is one of the best massage therapists I have found. A great facility, I enjoy my visits.

I had a great experience, I got my first Deva cut. I was looking for a while for Deva curl stylist. I love my hair even more now! Ebony Bradley was amazing! She did such a great job, and also educated me about my hair and how to do my hair. Great experience, I highly recommend.

Absolutely wonderful experience!  Jennifer Sanchez provided the best haircut, color and highlights that I have ever received period.  I am a new client so she took that time to speak with me about what I would like to achieve.  She took into consideration my skin type/coloring, shape of head/jaw line...and made fantastic recommendations.  Best yet, she explained her reasoning as well as each step before proceeding.  Have questions?...Jen welcomed them while cutting, coloring and styling!  You can tell that Jen loves what she does, takes great pride in her work and most importantly, wants you to be excited about your cut!  For anyone stuck in a rut with the same hairstyle...I urge you to make an appointment with Jen and be wowed by her talent!
