After reading the great reviews, I'm surprised at the service I received at this salon. My husband booked me an hour pre-natal massage and I was so thrilled to relax and enjoy a nice massage. However, that massage turned into an hour straight of my massage therapist talking my ear off. At first I didn't mind because I'm typically a talker, but when you're paying money to literally relax, the last thing I want to do is talk the entire time. I didn't think that is something that would have to be conveyed at the beginning. Not only that, but I had the privledge of hearing the f-bomb on more than one occasion and hearing d***head during the conversation. Like seriously? 45 minutes into the massage she said "oh, I guess the spa music turned off. I wonder when that happened". Which didn't bother me too much but that's probably because I didn't notice amidst the constant chatter. I don't like to complain but my husband literally told the receptionist when he booked the massage that "my wife had another pre-natal massage and the woman spoke to her the entire time. Please don't let that be the case here". I don't think it could be made any clearer. And honestly, I didn't have the heart to say "can we stop with the talking". She seemed like a woman that just wanted to chat but when you're a paying customer that wants just an hour of relaxation when you're 8 months pregnant, that's not the time or place. I won't be coming back.

Sam Z is a very talented colorist. I got balayage highlights and was very particular with what shade blonde I wanted. Sam hit it spot on. She has a good eye and takes care in what she does. Very pleasant experience. (The price is a little on the higher side, but you are paying for a luxurious experience and top of the line skilled artists.)

My first visit to the new Ultimate Image Salon & Spa in Exton, PA was simply amazing. This is a first class establishment with a super friendly staff and an atmosphere that has all of the latest hair and spa amenities a person could ask for. I recently went in for a cut, color and massage and was treated like royalty there. The tranquil setting made me feel like I was on an exotic island in some type of tropical paradise. The staff went out of their way to make sure all of my needs were accommodated from the moment I walked through the door until I stepped outside after my treatments were complete. The ambience from room to room was really well coordinated and the relaxing feeling I got was what one comes to expect at a high class facility such as this one. If you are looking for a mini escape and only have a few hours to spare and want to be pampered like a king or queen and like that paradise feeling look no further because Ultimate Image Salon & Spa is the place!

My husband and 8 year old son went for their hair cuts at ultimate image today. When it was their turn my husband was told that only one person would be allowed thru the locked door to the salon area at a time. He questioned why they would ask his 8 year old son to be left alone in a waiting room and was told by the front desk (employee/manager) that he'd be fine, it was their policy. My family won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this salon based on their policies, prices or attitude.
