I have been going to Bella for over 4 years now for waxing and regular blow outs.  Each stylist I've seen has been professional and pleasant and has done a great job.  I now see Renee regularly for waxing and Jenn for my blowouts and I must say they are the absolute best!  Stephanie at the front desk is always such a pleasure and really goes out of her way to provide great customer service.

I have been going to Bella Salon and Spa since 2012, which was a recommendation from my sister. I love going there, and now make an 45 minute commute just to have the team at Bella do my hair, especially Lizzie! Can't wait until my next visit! :)

I’ve been going to this salon for almost two years, and Shanon Brittngham was my stylist. I had my appointment with her yesterday, October 6th. Everything was as usual, except this time during our conversation I saw her rolling her eyes and making faces to another stylist, Lindsey, and she did it three times …I’m not sure how she didn’t realize that I could see her in the mirror even she was standing behind me.  I was in shock of her lack of respect for a customer, lack of professionalism or any ethical values. As a customer, I come to receive a service for which I pay. I don’t need you, stylist, to like me, I don’t need to have a conversation, I actually prefer just to sit and relax without a need answering anyone's questions. But the thing is, I do treat people with respect even we do not share the same views or values. I did kindly answer Shanan's questions, and I was polite and respectful towards her. I'm puzzled how some people have a need to pretend and  to be fake. 

I don’t feel any anger towards Shanon I merely pity her. A one who treats others the way she does must have a painful, miserable existence. 

I was just going to forget it because I'm planning to find another salon .But I feel I had to share It especially after I run into one of my friends who I haven’t seen for a while and who used to be a customer of this solon. I told her about my experience, and she didn’t seem surprised at all. Her exact words were: “Ahh Shanon…. she is a two-faced racist.”

Fabulous salon!  The staff is always friendly and professional, and they LISTEN!  Great hair cut month after month after month, (thanks Courtney).

I go to Lizzie and she is my absolute favorite. I don't trust anyone else with my platinum blonde hair! The salon atmosphere is always so nice.
