Very bad service from Simon. He wouldn't help with finding what I saw online, I had grabbed a pair of shoes for a price match and he asked me how the other box would get put back, expected and asked me to put back...very rude and poor service

I used to like going to this BR, but recently the customer service at this specific store has tanked. Most of the salespeople are rude. They give bad color-scheme advice. If you walk into the store, rarely does someone say hello or ask you if you need help. Even one of the saleperson's was arguing with a customer. I will change this review if I see improvements.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! They do not stand behind their expensive clothes. I bought a pair of suit pants in late summer, wore them to five business meetings and now the seams are coming apart in 3 different places. The store manager refused to exchange them for a new pair, even though Im in a time crunch and need to wear them for the holidays. He only offered to send them off to a tailor, which didnt meet my need and would have left me without suit pants to wear. These guys wont stand behind costly product - for the price of this clothing, I'd expect an exchange to meet the customer's needs w/ no questions.
