Once again Olivia and her staff have far exceeded my expectations for customer service. My wife and I went into the store at Fair Oaks Mall last week to buy my son a birthday gift, of course we received amazing service while at the store. I then saw a pair of shoes I wanted to purchase for my son, but they did not have his size in store. Olivia then helped me to order them online. The next day I received an email stating that the shoe was unavailable in his size. I then called the store, and Olivia searched the company site and was able to locate a pair in California, and is having them shipped to the store. Amazing Customer Service. Thank you Olivia and your team, Kenneth Barnes (very satisfied customer) :)
