The store staff put a wrong address on the shipping slip. We found and called JCpenny on the same day but were told it can’t be fixed. We called 5 times in three days, got all kinds of different excuses (like their system won’t allow address change, UPS hasn’t received the product, later UPS can’t change address - yeah so absurd) the company just can’t fix this mistake made by their own staff. Worst customer service ever. No wonder JCpenny is closing so many stores. Won’t shop there anymore.

I came to pickup my online order that stated same day pickup for today. The manager was there but left me to be helped by Paige who seemed to be new. I was told that the order was not ready since it was supposed to be picked up the next day. I showed online receipt for same day pickup for today. I waited 10 minutes while she called for assistance of another employee. Once the other employee arrived and waiting another 10 minutes I was told that it would take another 15 minutes for the system to process my order and for me to get my receipt. I mentioned I needed the receipt to process the rebate and I was told to come back in 15 minutes. Total time from 8:06 to 8:35PM. I waited 30 and in the meantime I was not told what seemed to be the problem with the order or offered an alternative solution or a manager for help. I returned at 9PM as they requested needing 15 minutes to process the receipt and nothing had been done. Paige calls for the employee again and the employee had not looked up or printed the receipt. I wait another 20 minutes while they "try" in the computer in the back and nothing works. It was already supposed to be processed before me getting back but they did nothing. Finally, I asked for a manager (Philip) who didn't apologize for the wait, for brushing us off when we where there an hour ago or for wasting our time. At the end left at 9:36 without a receipt. An attitude from the other employee helping Paige and a Manager who didn't even care that his customers had waited an hour. Very disappointing. I tried chatting with JCPenny online to state my concern about complete disregard for customer service at this location and it turns out that they only have an online form that cuts off after a certain number of words. The online chat rep said there was no Customer Service email only through Facebook. I see the problem is system wide. It is hard to believe that something that was to take 5 minutes to pickup took an hour, two trips and a HUGE waste of time. And that no one would care to even listen or response is so sad! I certainly won't return to this location and I don't recommend it either.

While it is not really the best place to shop. JC Penny does have a good amount of formal clothes for kids that will not break your bank account. This store has the covered parking entrance which is quite convenient for mothers who have children with them while shopping and don't want to deal with in and out of the car during bad weather.

Literally the most laughably terrible service I have received. I have ordered things online and waited more then 2 months trying to communicate with the store to see what was going on. Finally, I was able to connect with someone who told me they never had the item in stock.... okay? I had recently visited to pick up another item from them and waited in line for over an hour to pick it up. And they lost my item again.

Bad experience , there sales associate, he looks like 60 years old I don’t know his name he has 0 Costomer service. He was trying to fight to me because I advice him to not to put fake sale sign on the wall . There were $3.99 sale sign I was trying to buy that but when I went to check out he said that is cost $8.99 also their was a lady manager too I thought she can help me with that but she was so rude and behaved like not a manager so I recommend there staffs need more training to provide good customer service . 12/12/17 Around 3pm..
