I wanted to NOT like this place.... but i DID like it a lot. Everyone was SO friendly, everything went smoothly. Vet assistant or whatever they are called was super friendly and didn't rush me AT ALL asking a million questions. The vet was really really friendly and not pushy at all about trying to push me into spending more. Seemed to really care about my dog. Didn't seem to mind I had a million questions. Really sweet to my dog and I couldn't help ending up really liking this place.

Everyone at Banfield cares as much for Sunshine as i do. Always greets us upon arrival and takes such good care of our toy poodle who was diagnosed with diabetes last year. With Banfield's help, Sunshine's diabetes is manageable. Never thought before last year that I'd ever give a shot to anyone, especially my little darling.

Awful service. They are obviously not here for the animals. We adopted a cat from pet smart and they asked us to have her seen within a week. Got online and requested an appointment with their online service but no one got back to me within 3 days. I called and left a message because she is having some problems and we wanted her looked at as soon as possible. They called back and said the soonest they could get her in was 4 weeks from now.....when I explained there was something wrong (very lethargic, not eating, very warm and limping) she simply said well that is the soonest we can see her. They were not concerned at all that there could be something major wrong with the cat. Do not recommend them at all and will be telling all my friends and family to go elsewhere.

At first, I really had no issues with this place but up until the last 2-3 times I've taken my dog there, I wouldn't even suggest bringing in your goldfish to this place. Staff is always "on their phones" or chatting it up with each other. Consistenly screws up appointment times/dates. Considering the amount of money they charge for visits, they don't nearly do enough to justify the cost. Poor environment. Needs alot of improvements across the board.

Very good experience at Banfield , I was going out of town and the Family Cat needed her shots updated and Banfield was the only place I could get in with only a days notice. From check in to the Tech in the exam room to the Dr. explaining what they did and her over all health was a pleasant experience and I will be taking her back.
