Love this place. The staff is friendly, you get your choice of your doctor but you have 3 others on site should you need an appointment at the last minute. They have a walk in hour every morning and they have a sick clinic on saturdays.

This is the place for you if you want to be talked down to and treated like dirt under Dr Murphy's feet! I would rate this place ZERO if I could. In the week building up to our appointment, I received about 10 phone calls from the office because they wanted to he discuss the children's medical history, insurance, etc. Many of these calls were repetitive and asking for the same info I previously provided on another calls. It almost seems like they had no experience in treating patients who were coming over from another practice! Additionally, the office was going to email releases so they could obtain notes from the old PCP. Of course they never sent the forms, hence did not have a full medical history at the time of our visit (apparently a requirement for this office). My to children were new to this practice; today we had a 3pm appointment. We ended up wasting 2 hours and 10 minutes waiting for Dr. Murphy to come in and examine this kids. There is chaos in their office and we had 2 different nurses meet with us. The nurses were kind and helpful. After a little over 2 hours, in walks Dr Murphy. Her demeanor was horrible, she did not introduce herself and was very aggressive, rude, and condescending to my family. She said that she did not have complete records and literally shook her head at me and asked me what I expected her to do! Then she said that developing a relationship w a physician was a two way street, yet all she had done was belittle us. I told her I felt uncomfortable w the degrading manner in which she was treating us. She then said she felt uncomfortable treating my children. Apparently you need to be able to put up with being degraded and have a PERFECT children with a 100% clean bill of health to be worth anything at this office. The doctor even had the gall to tell me she "overheard" one if the multiple calls they made to me. She apparently drew some conclusions based on "overhearing" her nurses side of the conversation! This office reminds me of a circus side show! I highly recommend going elsewhere to seek pediatric services! I have worked in the health insurance industry for 20 years and have NEVER been treated so rudely or run into such a situation!

This office is truly amazing! All of the doctors are very talented, caring and genuinely concerned about your child. Even though they have a very successful and busy practice you feel as if you are the only family in the office; you have the nurses and doctors undivided attention! The nurses and administrative team are warm, caring and professional. I highly recommend this office to family and friends. The walk in hours in the morning are such a convenience and relief when you are concerned about your sick child; they even have Saturday appointments! I can't say enough positive things about this practice! We have 3 sons (our oldest is 5 1/2 and at each and every appointment have always been highly satisfied with the care provided!)

We have been at this office since my daughter was born almost 4 years ago. We have had no issues here. The staff treats us like family and love my kids like their own. They always get us in for sick appointments and always seem to actually care. They answer all my questions. I couldn't be happier here. My kids see all four doctors and love them all. Thank you to the entire office!!!!

Great practice...when your child is sick, they work you in, and have a Saturday Sick clinic. The insurance expert there helped us tremendously.
