I have to visited the ER today. I"m writing this review because the staff was excellent. I did not wait for to long and once in I was under their care immediately. I want to thanks to my nurse miss Jean and the doctor both were so nice and professional. Thank you very much to all of you.

My husband was not accepted to the doc. Hospital, even going through the ER. The most unprofessional nurse and stuff I ever talked to. They sent him away to an other hospital against our wishes. Thought this was the top class hospital. Dont think so any more.

I took an elder female to the 1ST 3 times before. 2 times being admitted. 1 hip replacement and the care was tops. The staff in all department's were kind, professional and soft. I have experienced other hosptials personally to compare with. Wait time in ER to be treated is within minutes of arrival.

We had the worst and most insulting experience ever at this hospital. My mother had been admitted to Venice Hospital the day before we arrived on the advice of her assisted living facility. She was sent home but we could clearly see that she was not right. The people from the assisted living facility again insisted that she be taken to the hospital and suggested we try Doctors Hospital. So she was taken by ambulance there. She was totally disoriented and could hardly walk. They examined her and told us there was nothing wrong with her and she was just fine. They implied that since we were from out of state that we just didn't want to deal with the problem and should take care of her in our hotel room. She has both Medicare and supplemental insurance. We took her back in our car to her assisted living apartment. She then spent 14 days being evaluated in a nursing home elsewhere. We moved her to a nursing facility and she was dead in less than 60 days. Doctors Hospital is a disgusting facility that obliviously does not want to deal with geriatric cases so moves them along while insulting their families who are trying to do the best for their parents. Sad, pathetic, awful!!!

Got transferred from billing to insurance and had to listen/run the gauntlet of ads such as Direct TV, Alert bracelets, singles groups - really do they have to supplement their income this way? Ended up hanging up, calling back asking for insurance where I was able to leave a message.
