I have mixed reviews. I liked their wellness programs, was very fond of a few of the staff and thought I had found the perfect vet with Dr. Jones. However, she recently left and I cant say the place is worth going back too. The head vet, while nice, is very much a salesman, a few of the techs, one in particular is very unprofessional, and while waiting to be seen I heard a vet tell a man that while his dog was recovering from his second day of surgery with them, they were unable to locate specific pain meds and then just laughed. For routine shots and checkups, I would say it's fine. But anything, no way. My dog's feet were flaring up from allergies, and the one vet had me soaking her paws every night. She needed oral meds, not a foot soak!

I took my friend's cat here today because he fell and broke his leg and she needed to be seen. I usually take my own pets to a very reputable (and expensive) vet. I wasn't expecting much from a "chain" veterinarian. I pretty much knew what the problem was when I came in. I'm a snob... I'll just say that up front. So.... I was pretty pleasantly surprised, to be honest. The doctor was not particularly friendly nor was the staff, but he was knowledgeable. He diagnosed exactly what I thought he would and gave the cat the proper medications. As far as the price goes, I paid about $30-40 less than what a local vet would have charged. If you're on a budget.... you'll save a small amount. All in all, like I said I was pleasantly surprised.

We have been going to Banfield in Ross Twp since it opened in 2007. Dr. Tarter and Dr. Liparulo are the BEST and always take great care of our rescues.

Have been bringing my dogs here for almost eight years. Love the current staff and vets. There used to be a doctor who seemed more interested in selling you services, but they are now gone. This group send to genuinely care about your pets and wants what best. Cannot recommend then enough.

Excellent pet hospital! They are very friendly with me and my dog. They call to remind me when she needs shots and of appointments and all ways get her in if it is a last min need, like tick removal.
