I felt that the former downstairs location before the mall's redesign was larger more welcoming but the new location around the back of the mall is still nice. It's modern but prices can be a tad high as they are with other Pet Smarts. Staff is nice and it's not hard to find someone to help you with things like getting fish or crickets or whatnot. Parking is plentiful and you can park just about anywhere around back without being too far from the store.

This is great place. Pet friendly.

Great place to teach your dog. I buy all my dogfood there and never a recall on there brand authority. My dogs love going there.
