TRASH. Absolute Trash. Your customer service is a joke. When my key banking info was stolen at 9pm PT , they texted me, I called and within 5 minutes whoever in philly was using my account got shut down. When my girlfriend BAC info was stolen we stayed on hold for 35min before we could talk to KYLE from california, dipshit, who told us to call the fraud dept. tomorrow then transferred us ....where we remained on hold for an hour before the call dropped.

Monday through Friday their open at 9:30am where did the one Person get 10am. I like bank of America just not weekend hours and how late open in evening & morning could use improvement much. Think should be 7:30am-7pm(or)8pm

I am a bit disgruntled with them due to a recent encounter. I will be traveling internationally for a few months. The staff recommended that I get a Bank of America credit card since it has rewards and my current credit card does not. So I signed up for the credit card in order to get 1% rewards on purchases. However, the woman failed to mention that the credit card charges 3% for all international transactions. Even if you make a purchase for a hotel on-line it is 3%. The woman knew I was going out of the country for several months and failed to mention this. I certainly would not have gotten the card if I knew this. Since the rewards are only 1%, what is the point? I am leaving the country tomorrow and have a totally useless credit card since I am going to use my old one (Capital One which does not charge you for international transactions). My credit score also went down because of the credit check they had to do in order to give me the card (too many credit checks lowers your score). All in all a pretty frustrating situation that could have been easily avoided had the woman just mentioned the international fee.
