Great staff, local office that takes the time to know their clientele

Always helpful and friendly.  Reasonable fees. (Fresh brewed coffee and assortment of teas in the lobby too...)

Excellent service from knowledgeable, accessible staff. Easy to use internet account. The local branch in Multnomah Village, Portland, Oregon is supportive of the local businesses and even goes so far as to promote 3 small businesses every quarter.  Thank you Umpqua!

Everyone is great, I never thought I would enjoy banking, but I actually don't mind it with Umpqua. I highly recommend it.
