I have never had such a horrible experience at a bank. Someone wrote me out a business check and I went to cash it. Not only do they charge you $8 but after 10 minutes of lengthy handwriting analysis by the two tellers behind the desk they gave me a hard time because the name part was different ink. I gave them my fingerprint and my driver's license and my bank card from quincy credit union. If the manager had any sense he would have understood that there was no funny business going on. What a waste of time .

Customer Services is really bad. The manager don't know how to manage entire office. Don't waste your time to wait for the customer services, they  work so slowly. I won't even giving a star for this bank of america at this location. So disappointed!

Tried to open a business checking account at this location on 6 separate occasions. There is NEVER adequate staffing for the demand at this, or any branch I've ever visited. I keep my personal accounts with BofA because of the ability to do cash deposits at ATM's virtually everywhere, but I would NEVER bring my business banking to them.

I don't know what people are complaining  about.  I found everything to be great.  In fact the staff went beyond my expectations and during a rush of customers treated everyone in a friendly, courteous, an professionally helpful way.
