I came in to speak to a banker and I was told to take a seat and wait until someone is free. Then a family came in 10 minutes after me, almost immediately a banker greeted them (and it was obvious that he knew them) and told them to come in. When I politely asked one of the tellers if they had an appointment before me, she rudely said "you should've told him [the banker]". I was looking for an excuse to not close my account with them, but they didn't help much.

Friendly staff and generally a quiet and not-so busy place.

Security started to follow me as soon as I came out my car all the way to the front door then lunged at me because I asked him why he was following me almost knocking me to the floor I will not bank here no more you guys are racist when I called the bank to notify them some white lady screamed at me and hung up
