One word. Terrible. 

Jesus will return by the time they call your name up at the front desk, and don’t bother to look for brownie points to give them for their customer service skills. Trump showed better customer service in Puerto Rico than what you’ll get here. The only reason I haven’t closed my account here is because I work for the Publix Warehouse and enjoy getting my check a business day early...But even that perk is beginning to wear thin, along with my patience.

All of this money the company makes, why can’t the lines move like they do in Chase or Wells Fargo...Unless you work for Publix and can get your check early at this branch...Please for the love of God take your money elsewhere. I would give a -2 stars if I could. Mr. Jenkins is turning in his grave!

P.S. Why have phones if you keep redirecting customers to the Call Center? I guess your employees do need to call to order food, or see where their husbands/wives are while they twiddle their thumbs at their desk in boredom...And what nice desks they are big enough to loaf around and ignore calls with.

The credit union is good, but the service at this location is horrible, no ATM for deposit and withdrawal, what bank or credit union doesn't have an ATM, so I have to wait for slow service instead. The black girl in the front in card services is rude, one of the girls in the back lauren is rude as well. These people are in customer service but give no customer service, they treat you as if they are doing you a favor instead of just doing their job with good customer service. I use to work at publix but moved on to a career in law enforcement And I would never treat anyone i come in contact with like how these credit union workers behave. I chose to keep my account there but seriously reconsidering, Maybe they need more pay, you know they say the more money you make the happier you are at work. Either that or switch jobs to be happy and perform better with people you come in contact with

Some of your bank tellers can be quite unprofessional. When I say unprofessional I mean doing things outside of a job task. For example, ill come in to make a payment towards late payment and ill find myself discussion my account with a parent and after s 5 min discussion it always ends with a "pay your bills on time next time". Listen my bills may be late, but they get paid.  I'm young in college full time working minimum wage.  Dont stress yourself about my life just take the money and keep personal guidance out. Simple bank teller not a financial advisor.

I been working for publix for about two and a half years and I always thought about opening an account with PEFCU but location -wise is very bad which the nearest one is about 2-3hrs away another thing is the amount of bad reviews this locations has I really want to know is it really worth it ?? Please help .
