This location does NOT deserve any stars.  Unfortunately, I had to give it at least one to write this review.  Please do not go to this bank, especially to the drive thru unless you would like to experience unusually long wait times, being ignored by the teller when you press the 'call' button or being skipped altogether.  On a Friday afternoon, I was in the drive thru (second lane) making a simple deposit when I noticed another car that was in the first and second in line was served before I.  Upon pressing the call button several times, there was no answer.  I had to physically dial the banks number to advise that my wait time was now at 8 minutes without assistance, there was no response from the teller when pressing the call button, and I was skipped over.  Almost 10 minutes later, I was leaving the drive thru.

If you have to drive a couple more miles to experience quality customer service, I implore you to do so!

I've been coming here to use the ATM because they don't charge any fees by using my card at participating banks. The bank is at a great location and the ATM area has great nightime lighting. I don't go inside so I can't speak about that. But I can recommend the ATM for depsoits and withdrawals.

I came in Ms. Olivia Greysi walked up to me and looked at me as if she was bothered no greeting nothing, my husband and I explain to her what it is we are trying to do she says well it’s not possible too do it I explain after the payment I give I don’t see what the issue is at this point I leave I call us bank customer service I explain to the lady I’m on the phone with what I’m trying to do and she tells me I can,  I then proceed to go back to the bank I ask to speak to Stephanie the branch manager like I was told to do everything went so well after that she was able to fix not 1 but 2 of my issue that Olivia told me I wouldn’t be able to do the only reason I’m giving a 5 Star is cause of Mrs. Dunn’s great customer service adding to this Olivia might need some extra training and to be educated.

Very slow service. Three tellers but they are just walking around. Normally the service here is good.

Is hard to work with a company that you have put your business account and personal account and they can provide you with not even a credit card( I have about 10 different credit cards with high limits else where) I did started with them about two years and I do have a pre-pay card with them is a sorry as bank they don't trust you with nothing at all. Leave the bank and going to search for a bank that  appreciates my business I could say many thing their Atm's never work you need to be from a bank to another try to deposit or to try to take money out cause you could be able to deposit but not take money out 😡😡😡😡😡
