Went in to make changes to my account expecting the usual bank hassle. I saw Dave already asking customers in line if they needed to be helped, which is nice. He ended up solving my issue and along the way we had a great conversation about finance history and he was very helpful and understanding. He went above and beyond the status quo of customer service today and I look forward to working with Dave again.

Desk refused to do a simple wire transfer.  Was told would be next for a personal banker.  Two people went ahead of us.  Very frustrating.
