Wish I could give them negative stars.  Sandra was the rudest wouldn't help with anything I've dealt with others nothing compared to this woman.  I've had a death in the family and other emergencies and have always answered calls with the explanation of what went on and why the set back.  This woman was very unprofessional sad that this woman wouldn't accept another arrangement for this Friday and would rather just say will not accept because I called her rude it goes both ways Sandra first you agreed then got upset and said no.  Real Big Of You as if it's your call.  Left message, Will hope management calls back to explain

Have had my car for two year now and it’s been nothing but harassment I could understand if I was a month or two late they call me after one day saying it’s a past due balance. I explained that I can make a payment on a certain day . But they care less .

Easliy the worst company I have ever used. They never know any answers, I’ve been trying to get a refund for a month now. In the year and a half I had them for my auto loan their website worked 1 time and it double charged me. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND USE ANYONE ELSE.

DONT YOU FREAKING DO IT ! They are so unprofessional ! Threatening to come get my car because I was late on my payment I explained to them I lost my job & could only pay $300 & I needed a few days for the $47 she told me that wouldn’t stop the fact that my payment was late & that I’d still be accumulating late fees & threatened to come get my car because they’re tired of calling me ! Please save yourself the headache ! It’s wayyy more to say but too much to type smh
