Worst branch that I've been to.
 The manager wasn't a big of a help at all so I just decided to close my account with them.

Worst Brunch of Jacksonville . Always 30-45 min wait . One or two tellers and whole bunch of ppl assist atm machines . Please avoid this location .

I am in this branch everyday making cashiers checks. Minum 30-45 minute wait everytime. Only one teller open and 4 people assisting you with their ATMs. STAY AWAY. I'm taking my business elsewhere. I wish I could give a zero out of 5 star.

Plenty to open accounts to get tour business,  but not wnough teller to help not waste time while u have to go back to your buisness. They save money while they cost us money.

Waiting here forever. 15 customers waiting but there are ony 2 bank teller. Worst business place. If i would choose i give them 0 star.
