When we went, it was not so crowdy. Loved their customer care staff. Very supportive and friendly staff.

Worst customer service ever and long lines. My suggestion is to go to the BOA on sand lake it has  better customer service and shorter lines.

The Bank manager is racist!!! As a permanent resident, I received a check made out cash to me, and was denied straight up with no excuse at all from getting my check cashed. Was told by the manager to go to my own bank(chase) to cash a Bank of America check. I felt humiliated and very uncomfortable. Will never go back there and do not recommend any legal foreign to go there!!!! Have a blessed day manager 🙏🏿🙏🏿
