I deal with a lot of banks being an operator of a business and this one is the worst I have ever seen. Takes forever, they are rude... There is another Regions Bank not even 5 minutes down the road, I HIGHLY suggest making the extra drive. This bank is a joke. Ameeka is one of the rudest people I have ever met working in customer service

This bank is AWFUL!!!!!  They are quick to charge you a fee (even when it is a banking error), but not quick to resolve the error.   Regions Bank charges a fee for EVERYTHING!  If they could charge you for walking into the bank and breathing their air they would.

There are just too many other banking institutions to choose from.  There is not any reason for me to stay with a bank with multiple egregious fees, poor customer service and long lines.

From 5 people at the bank only one was dealing with a customer. Nobody else found the time to take care of my deposit although I was told somebody would be right with me.  Finally I left since they were so 'busy'.  I will not be using that branch for sure.
