Hot mess is a compliment for this location. I had my car loan here. I paid it off quickly so I thought I would check with them when I wanted to refinance my home. The "banker" women fought in front of me over a sassy staffing email one sent to the other. Onde girlfriend took me after chewing out her colleague, it turned out she knew little to nothing about FHA loans. I'm a Realtor so I spotted it fast. Just go to a real bank unless your credit is a mess or you're young with no credit history

I won't go back to this branch. Customer service is poor, and the lady banker has no idea what she is doing. She asked to spell out our address while holding ID in her hand. My fiancee and I were waiting for a card for 3 weeks before find out that she forgot to order it! Just spent 30 minutes on the phone to hear that we need to go back to the branch because they cannot order it over the phone. This is ridiculous.
