this is a large branch located in the Publix Plaza. the drive through is easy to access, but be careful to enter the correct direction (one way street). The interior of the bank is nice and updated. staff is always friendly. they have a separate area for Private clients and Business.

I have used Chase Bank for over 10 years and has done very well until today. My business partner needed 1 paper noterized and because of a over Analytical employee they said they have a cross out where her daughter had to get signature and notarized and Washington. So what they could not do. We came to Bank of America in five minutes and I have finished very disappointed in chase bank today.

i went to that branch to close my account. The lady that helped me named FIONA was extremely rude. She  tried telling me my social security didnt match my account. Ok why was my account successfully opened if it didnt match my identity. So she give my looks and altitude and during my entire pricess i did not get any eye contact and again if my social security did not match my record why was my account successfully opened. Also why was my account also successfully close later. That along makes me think my identity was not protected. I get i was closing my account but i shouldnt have been giving a major altitude. FIONA should be giving a class on guest service.
