The worst BofA I've ever been. For every question that I asked the response was you can get it online. The reason I come to financial center is to get answers for things that I am not clear about after looking online. If I'm suggested to go online and look it up what's the whole point of the place?

This is the worst financial institution I have ever been in for my entire life.  Aside from the manager, they simply don't care, speak softly through their glass cages and are constantly making mistakes.
